Derek leads the company’s business development and partnership initiatives and is responsible for scaling CHR operations to effectively support its growing client base.
He is an active member and past president of the Paramus Sunrise Rotary club where he received the Walter D. Head Fellowship Award for outstanding service to the Rotary organization and the community. An avid golfer, Derek will play any course and has played all over the world. He credits his semester studying abroad in Australia for his love of Vegemite sandwiches.
