Karen is known for her warmth and personal touch as she advises both CHR and our clients on matters concerning employees, including employee hiring, discipline and termination practices. She works closely with CHR clients to draft employee handbooks, and conducts training sessions for management and employees on discrimination and harassment in the workplace, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other applicable laws.
Karen loves everything football and has been known to run a few fantasy football teams each season. She is a big Giants fan, an avid golfer, and pretty much loves all sports — except soccer, which puts her to sleep.
